Our terms and conditons are applicable under Dutch Law and Jurisdiction.

Please take in note that by the day that you are reading this we don't have a physical store.

By entering this site you agree to our terms and conditions. We will refer our selves as "Jam and Butter" ''we'' ''us'' or ''our''. The consument in this case you, will be named as ''you''.




In general

Our terms and conditions apply to all of the sales and agreements between Jam and Butter and the costumer, you. We will therefore apply these terms and conditions unless agreed otherwise in a writing with you.

 

Price and payments

At the time of placing an order in our online store prices quoted apply to the contract. The product prices indicated on Jam and Butter are in euro's . The prices mentioned in our online store are exclusive of shipping and handling. Customers are able to make payments electronically to Jam and Butter  in many different ways. The different payment methods that we accept are:

•Debitcard
•Paypal 
•Apple pay
•Google pay
•Ideal


The methods are also indicated on the website under the inferior menu and at checkout. 

 

The Shipment of your order will take place once we have received the payment for the order. We will add the shipping costs to the invoice of the order at checkout. More information about the shipping costs can be found under the title: “Delivery and returns”.

 


Orders

Once an order has been placed, we will confirm the order by e-mail to you. This agreement is only concluded once the payment has been successfully complete.
All orders will be sent to the costumer within three working days after receipt of payment. In the case of technical malfunction, however, which falls under the category of circumstances beyond our control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. We will keep you duly informed of the status of your order. We strive to keep our website www.onegreeksummer.co as current as possible. However, it is possible that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

Once you have placed an order, it must be delivered to you within 30 days of ordering. If Jam and Butter fails to comply with this, you may immediately break the order contract. This is not possible, however, if the parties involved have previously agreed to a different delivery term.

 

 

Reservation items

Reservation items will be shipped when the item arrives at our store.  We will mail you with any update about your order. Please note that the stock may not be secured by the suplier and the item may be out of stock after all. Jam and Butter will then make a full refund on your order.

 

 

Delivery

When we get a notification of your order we will try to process the order as soon as possible. Jam and Butter will send the orders accepted in order of receipt. The order will be processed and shipped within three working days of receiving payment. However, we cannot be held responsible if the post is unable to deliver the order to the costumer on time. The delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. However, the final delivery time will not exceed more than one week of the indicated delivery time, excepting cases of 'force majeure'. 

 

Accordance with the law ‘Distance Selling’ is that the maximum delivery time is 30 days. Beyond this period, you have the right, without giving any reason to cancel the agreement.

 

 

Returns 

Please note that reservation items and sale items are not allowed to be returned.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you are always entitled to return your item. You can do so within a period of 14 days from delivery. When you want to return your items to Jam and Butter, please send us an email to contact@jambutter.store, include your order number and payment confirmation. We will then give you the information needed for returns.

Return the item in their original packaging and with the original label attached. Jam and Butter will not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. The shipping costs for returns are on the costumer own expense. Also international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded for shipments outside The Netherlands.

Please make sure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that may happen during the return shipment or for the lost of your item during shipment. Therefore we recommend sending your item with Post NL (if you live in The Netherlands) or with a traceable post. Keep your track & trace receipt to track your order. We have no information on your return while it is on his way to us. Lost or damaged packages will not be refunded.

Returns will be handled within 3 working days from receiving the return. Once we receive your return, the items will then be inspected. When the proces is done and the item has been accepted we will refund the money to your bank account within 14 days.

It is therefore illegal to distribute, copy or use any of the information from the Jam and Butter website without first acquiring written of our permission. It is absolutely prohibited to partially or wholly copy text or images from Jam and Butter. Using text or graphics from Jam and Butter for copy, text overtyping or other website is therefore not allowed.
